Open membership accounts, prepare ACH transmittals and assist Funding Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Open member accounts after verifying complete and accurate information received, including information necessary to satisfy member identification program requirements.
Assemble funding packages, prepare and transmit payments to Merchants and Dealers via the appropriate payment system.
Notify Merchants and Dealers of payments via fax or email.
Complete quality review of contracts already funded.
Provide assistance to Funding Specialist, as required to facilitate funding of all merchant and dealer loans within 48 hours.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements:
Education - High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience Required - Not Applicable
Skills - Requires six months high volume data entry, word processing or clerical experience. Must be proficient in 10-key and type 35 wpm. Must have good communication skills.
Tenure - Funding Support Specialist II, category 16, requires six months tenure in the Funding Support Specialist I position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
