Job Title: PT Front End Sales Assistant - Food Lion
Assist the Customer Service Sales Manager and the Assistant Customer Service Sales Manager in maintaining Food Lion customer service standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual. Maintain current knowledge of office procedures and policies relating to cash reports, register checkups, deposits, checks, Western Union, Money Orders, Coinstar, Self Checkouts (where applicable). Perform the Sales Associate and Service Associate duties as needed. Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and standard practices. This description is intended to outline the primary responsibilities, general nature and level of work being performed by associate assigned to this position. Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions.
Ability to meet production standards established by Food Lion.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 10 pounds.
Ability to use the In-Store Computer.
Ability to complete Computer Based Training (CBT) and Training Aid courses.
