Education and Experience:
? A bachelor?s degree is required.
? Professional degree in
Human Resources (MBA) required.
? 6-8 years of human resources corporate recruiting experience required.
Candidate needs to be a saudi National only.
Roles & Responsiblities
Primary Objectives of the Manager - Talent Acquisition:
? Work with Business Engagement Managers /Delivery head on Recruitment Plans.
? Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for ea
ch open position.
? Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
? Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
? Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candida
? Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
? Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
? Manage & leverage the Central Sourcing Team
? Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
? Conduct prescreening interviews.
? Prepare and send offer packages to successful candidates.
? Perform special projects
