Job duties include but are not limited to: lead our sales team, coach and mentor staff in sales performance, train Teller/MSR staff, performance reviews, vault duties, cash ordering, scheduling staff, handling escalated member concerns, performing account maintenance and Teller transactions when necessary, generating reports, updating policies, enforcing credit union standards and regulations, driving a member-centered service and sales culture, representing the department at management meetings and building strong relationships with the internal and external customers.

Requirements: Five years of Credit Union/Banking experience with at least six months in a leadership role. Candidate must be dynamic, self-motivated, target driven individual. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
