Rush-Copley is seeking an experienced PC Support Technician with proven hands-on technical background to work on our IT HelpDesk Team. Needs to have exceptional end user support and customer service skills. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast pace and complex environment of systems, while working under pressure to maintain SLAs. Primary duties include the day-to-day operational support of PC hardware/software, Printers and Smart Phones. Setup and troubleshooting experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, Symantec Anti-Virus, Microsoft Office and AS400. Experience using Symantec Ghost to setup PCs is preferred. College degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred. A+, MCP, MCDST or MCITP Coursework and/or Certification preferred.

This position's work schedule will be Wednesday - Saturday, 7am - 5:30pm.
