Available Position: Closing Account Executive
Maintain on-going communication with existing customers to determine needs, solicit feedback, promote services.
Attend weekly sales meetings and agent development sessions.
Assist in the resolution of customer service issues and concerns.
Facilitate closings on and off-site.
Notarize and verify appropriate execution of documents.
Verify all title, underwriting, lender and purchase agreement requirements are being met.
Verify appropriate disbursement of customer funds.
Review Purchase Agreement, lender's instructions and title commitment.
Resolve title problems and verify appropriate transfer of title.
Prepare HUD-1 Settlement Statement for closing.
Proof and review documentation for accuracy and content.

- Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills – Must be professional with internal/external customers. Must have good telephone etiquette and strong presentation skills. Strong Microsoft Word and Outlook Skills Must be well organized and detail oriented. iClosings Direct experience preferred. Ability to bend/squat and reach on occasion. Able to lift items up to approximately 15 pounds.
- Work Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience closing for a title insurance agency is preferred
