Assist both the Wynn Resorts VP of Government Affairs and Wynn Las Vegas Corporate Counsel in, but not limited to, the following areas;

As an Executive Secretary your role will be:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support legal and Government Affairs departments in all capacities, including management of various legal and government affairs databases and files
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone manners
  • Attentiveness to detail, strong grammatical skills and proof-reading ability
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track deals, engagements letters, document signings, contracts, state and federal legislation and campaign contributions
  • Utilizes Outlook to schedule meetings and maintains multiple calendars and mailboxes
  • Processes and manage departmental invoices, executive expense reports and campaign contributions
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates department needs
  • Mail sorting
  • Creates and manages correspondence and records pertaining to consultants and elected officials
  • Completes special projects as assigned
  • Able to interact professionally with executives, co-workers and outside vendors

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and let supervisors know the status of work priorities
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization

  • Accuracy, attention to detail and proofreading skills are essential
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • High level of interest in politics and legislative affairs
  • College degree and at least two years experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
