Assure fitness center is profitable, sales goals are met, assure the consistent delivery of excellent customer service, manage and train staff, implement and closely follow proven franchise techniques, assure facility and equipment are clean, and in good working order and provide quick and efficient solutions as problems arise.
Individual must have at least 5 years Retail, Hospitality or relevant management experience, billingual in english and spanish, fitness background and have a college degree in a related subject.
