Assess and treat non-urgent patients in the OB/GYN Department. Patient Care Setting.

Assess and identify medical issues or problems

Takes accurate medical history from patients

Documents thoroughly and appropriately in the Medical Record

Performs documentation with 30 days of completion of visit

Consults with physician staff

Delegate routine care tasks health care professionals on the team

Assists and follows up on positive laboratory findings post discharge

Instructs patients upon discharge or delegates this instruction to other team members
