Assist with the digital ad plan and execute the digital ad planning process.

Responsible for executing 52/53 weeks of the homepage ad plan, 4+ emails per week with its supporting
landing pages, SMS, apps, social, and other digital tactics such as monetate etc. Maintain quarterly
promotional calendar with updates weekly and communicate changes to the organization. Consistently
improve and document the digital ad planning process and its timelines by component.

Essential Responsibilities:

*Assist manager and dotcom specialists in planning the advertising content for email, homepage,
landing pages, social media, SMS, apps, monetate etc. through template creation and email communications.

*With impeccable attention to detail and accuracy, maintain the promotional calendar updates in
excel (or system) and communicate to the organization via email.

*Consistently improve, document, collaborate, and communicate the digital ad planning process
with creative, copy, digital, & merchandising.

*Facilitate weekly email & homepage proofing with dotcom specialists, creative and copy.
Assist with communications cross functionally and ensure execution through personal detailed
proofing of tactics to the promotional plan.

*Build relationships with merchandising, digital, creative, copy and inspiration teams.

*Support manager in executing additional areas of responsibility as assigned.

Education Requirements:
Minimum: Bachelors' degree
Preferred: Bachelors' degree in Digital Marketing

Experience Requirements:
Minimum: 0-2 years' of experience
Preferred: 3+ years' of experience

Other Skills:
Intermediate level of skill with Gmail, Google docs & sites, and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required;
general understanding of email, websites, apps, and social media required, intermediate level preferred;
general understanding of design concepts preferred.
