Title Sr Software Technical Lead Location San Ramon CA Duration 6 + Mo Looking for someone who has direct working experience in a product (shipped or provided as a Service) development environment and not with implementers of the products Sould have the required skills working in the product development teams Role As a Senior Software Technical Leader you will lead software developers to design and develop a certain set of modules or technologies under the guidance of the software architecture team You will work in a highly collaborative fastpaced and growing environment Your role is to lead the design and development of innovative platformsolutions modules to enable the platform to solve real market problems You will develop enterprisescale frameworks and modules You will work closely with the architecture team product and marketing managers user interaction designers and lead software engineers to develop the system modules as per specifications given by architecture team or product management team This position reports to the Chief Architect Responsibilities As a Senior Technical Lead you will Understand the business’ opportunities and platform vision to guide your systemssubsystem Own the design and development of the software modules and work with the developers in specific implementations Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design and development of new systemsubsystem and improve and upgrade existing ones Drive the design and development of user interaction models workflows and user interfaces Lead the creation of software frameworks and modules and authoring detailed design specifications Work with peer technical leads to improve and refine platformsystemsubsystem Successfully communicate project plans tracking details status updates and risks to superiors Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 4 years’ experience leading design and development efforts and coordinating delivery of software modules OR Masters degree in computer science or related field with at least 2 years’ experience leading design and development efforts and coordinating team members Good development experience in HTML5 and other web20 development frameworks is a big plus Demonstrated project leadership experience In depth understanding of complete lifecycle of product conceptualization and delivery Strong familiarity with development methodologies like Agile Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to lead the junior and senior members of the software development team Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fastpaced environment Must be organized have an eye for detail and be able to put ideas into a tangible form Familiarity with the industry verticals like Healthcare Energy Transportation etc is big plus Thanks Regards Ruhul Amin Xoriant Corporation 1248 Reamwood Avenue Sunnyvale CA 94089 Tel +14083386280 Email ruhulaminxoriantcom httpwwwxoriantcom
