Job Overview:
The IT Business Delivery Lead II/Sr is the primary day-to-day
partner for a focused business area(s). This
position is accountable for comprehensive performance and delivery of IT
solutions on behalf of the supported business function(s) spanning support,
enhancements, projects, and roadmaps. The Business Delivery Lead is responsible
to be the escalation point for communication and resolution
project/enhancement/support issues. This role may also lead project management
and execution for projects in business area.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Accountable for customer relationship management for
mid-size/moderately complex to large/complex business area/system, while
advocating for the business customer, and managing customer expectations.

Conducts analysis and drives ROI on business area
service reviews, project alignment, and work pipelines, understands and seeks
to lower Cost to Serve.

Drives and tracks IT Roadmap strategic planning and large
budgets with business customers, and active participant in the annual
operational planning cycle.

Partners with the Business Sponsor and delivery
teams to determine complex technical feasibility of proposed changes for their
business area; and reviews Business Requirement Specification with Business
Sponsor and delivery teams to ensure solution meets: overall quality, standards
and business goals.

Innovates, teaches and enhances on emerging
technologies and trends that support critical business functions.

Leads and drives innovation on technology changes

Develops and leads team to understand and define
functional business requirements.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a discipline related to assigned business area.

8-10+ years relevant work experience.

Experience managing/leading team(s)
required.

Clearly demonstrates deep functional/technical
expertise; and exposure to ITIL process and specific quality
assessment/certifications such as ISO and CMMi.

Ability to bring understanding of
different functional domains and impacts together (connecting dots); ability
to think Big Picture; and strong interpersonal
skills.

Proven Project Management and/or Process
Management skills managing multiple projects concurrently.

Ability to analyze risk, compliance and
protection services directives or requirements and translate them into process
change or requirements for data or technology modifications.

Ability to actively drive the
development of a joint business/IT strategy for a strategic business area,
including ability to manage budgets required.
