The Senior Account Director is the primary contact and ultimate point of accountability with Razorfish’s clients. The job includes P&L responsibility. The Senior Account Director works closely with clients to develop digital marketing strategies and directs the execution of online media planning and buying, Microsoft, web, and emerging media activities.

The Senior Account Director manages a cross functional team on a daily basis which may include account managers, media buyers, media engineers, creative teams, data analysts and other department liaisons.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:
Sr. Account Directors will lead Razorfish client engagements, from small, innovative projects to larger integrated end-to-end solutions. You hold the key to the client's experience with Razorfish. You will protect and build the Razorfish business. You must be capable of reading the client's personality and appetite for change and act accordingly. This is one of the most demanding jobs in Razorfish since it often determines the success or failure of project work. It requires you to think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible results.

Build and maintain business relationships at all the necessary levels in the client's organization

The engagement should be built to:
Build client's potential and desire for transformation
Develop potential for new platform/defining work
Increase account size in revenue potential
Ensure long-term relationship
Create learning and satisfaction potential for Razorfish teams
Attain a client satisfaction rating of at least 4 (on a scale of 1 to 5) over the life of the engagement, measured at no more than 6-month intervals
Clearly educate the client about the Razorfish framework
Meet the project criteria laid down in the account plan
Generate invoices on schedule and collect monies using guidelines set by the Razorfish finance department
Put all legal documentation in place within one week of starting each phase
Keep a low staff turnover across the engagement

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
An advanced degree
10+ years increasing professional experience
5+ years within a services industry business
Sales experience within professional services
5+ year program management or operational management
5+ year managing in a complex and politically charged environment
Industry experience with digital transformation solutions
Knowledge of and preferably experience with website development, online media and search
A history of growing and managing teams
Excellent organizational development skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and MS Project
