Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Office and administration tasks
  • Assist owner/designer with daily tasks
  • Manage e-commerce site
  • Client Management (wholesale accounts)
  • Process orders from beginning to end
  • Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing using Quickbooks
  • Packaging and shipping orders
  • Work closely with production team to ensure quality of clients orders
  • Coordinate trade/ trunk show logistics and participate in shows
  • Generate new business through online research and trade shows
  • Manage social networking sites
  • Schedule and take showroom appointments with clients
  • Manage jewelry inventory and stones
  • Work with editors for magazine pulls


  • Proficient in Microstoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Photoshop a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at once
  • Highly motivated, takes initiative
  • Some travel may be required for trunk shows
