POSITION SUMMARY
This group provides support services, such as Document Imaging, Data Entry, Administrative Support and Mail. They make sure these behind-the-scenes business activities run smoothly on a daily basis.

Candidate will be responsible for working closely with Sales/Information Consultants and the proposal unit team within LEC Sales Support on assigned cases. Job responsibilities include typing and formatting of proposal responses using strong Microsoft Word skills and creating financial exhibits in Microsoft Excel. Will assist the proposal room coordinator with collating, copying and the assembling of the final proposal product as needed. A mentor and on the job training will be provided.

This position is located on the Mid-America Sales Support team but does support the Northeast, Southeast and Government team as well. This is a team of high caliber individuals who are all committed to meeting the needs of our Constituents. We have the ability to develop the right processes and make the right decisions for the benefit of our segment and our customers.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
To qualify, you should have strong organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills, be self motivated and able to operate independently. Associates degree in secretarial skills or equivalent business experience, 60 WPM typing, and computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point are essential. Aetna Inc. or health care industry knowledge is a plus. General office skills - FAX, Xerox, color printer, etc. Compensated overtime will be required periodically during peak periods. Salary will be dependent upon experience level.
