You will begin your career as a Brand Assistant Manager on a brand group. You will lead a brand's strategic choices and vision, product and commercial innovations, and marketing elements across all media, while collaborating with multi-function teams and agency partners. From the first day, you will be given immediate responsibility and be expected to build your part of the business as if it were your own. During the first 12 to 18 months, you will be responsible for developing a marketing plan to identify specific marketing tactics. You will use your plan to build on consumer, shopper and customer insights to deliver overall business objectives and strategies.
You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to showcase your breadth and depth of leadership, strategic & analytical thinking, in-touch and innovative skills . We're looking for top talented people that have experiences in these skill areas, along with collaboration, priority setting, being in-touch , etc.
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non academic activities.

Required Qualifications - All candidates must:
Have as minimum DEGREE/MAJORS: MBA, BS or BA any Major.
Be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both oral and written communication.
Be proficient on the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Have Basic Financial knowledge.
Have strong communication and presentation skills.
Be willing to travel on the job.
Be willing to relocate at some point in the career.
Also, since this is an entry level role, 0-5 years of experience in Marketing or related.
