Our client, Voucherry, has developed an innovative online advertisement, promotional and deal platform designed with merchants in mind. If Face Book is for individuals and LinkedIn is for professionals, Voucherry is for merchants. Using patent pending technology Voucherry increases merchants social reach by rewarding buyers and their favorite causes for every purchase made via the Voucherry social network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Contact merchant sales leads, to introduce them to, register for and post a deal on Voucherry merchant s platform.

Guide merchants throughout the point of sale including assisting them to create and post deals to be featured on the Voucherry site.

Conduct research, collect data, identify, document and present potential deals to merchants to be feature on the Voucherry site.

Provide exceptional customer service within all aspects of the organization

Responsible for basic customer and team communication via e-mail, memos and voicemail

Qualifications & Technology Requirements

Business to Business Sales experience

Previous Outbound call center experience

Previous experience selling merchant process services, payment solutions or advertising

General PC knowledge to include Microsoft Office products

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Must be detail oriented and possess good oral and written communication skills

Must have a suitable and quiet home working environment including wired High Speed Internet

Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently

Must be ready, willing and able to adhere to set scripts and procedures (all of your calls have the potential to be recorded and graded)

Must be able to provide own computer capable of meeting the following minimum specifications:

1 GHz 32-bit (x86) CPU [Preferred 64-bit (x64) processor]

Preferred Windows Vista SP2 or later operating system

2 GB of system memory (RAM) [Preferred 4 GB]

15 GB+ of available hard drive space

Support for DirectX 9 graphics at 1024 x 768 or higher resolution

Microphone & speakers / Headset / Phone

Microsoft XP and MAC computers are not supported. Vista or Windows 7 is recommended

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Must be able to pass a background check.

Prior customer service experience preferred
