Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. At least five (5) years of supervisory experience. Must have strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal communication and written skills. Proficiency in Databases CMMS, Microsoft Word, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with Archibus, Kronos and Lawson a plus.

The Facilities Service Center Manager handles a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the Facilities Services office and Services Center. This requires good written and verbal communication, leadership, multitasking, problem solving skills and flexibility to accept change. Supervises Service Center staff. Designs and implements various policies and work practices for successful operation of Service Center. Responsible for strategic and long term development of Service Center. Manages the electronic record keeping and (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management System, for the Facilities Services Division. Defines, develops, coordinates and executes new ideas and systems, as deemed necessary, to ensure a smooth working environment and enhanced departmental operations. Works directly with other Managers in the department to ensure and provide an efficient and cost effective Service Center. Ensures all policies and procedures are followed within the confines of the hospital at all times.
