The Network Administrator will be working in Shared Services under
general direction, configures, implements, and manages the on-going operations
of Network Support. As a Network Administrator, the majority of your time will
be working tickets, configuring, deploying, testing, and troubleshooting all
network devices. This position is 24X7 “on call” rotations within a team
Support and Manage wireless networks, security best practices,
implementation on wireless networks.
Will work with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols.
Perform connectivity of host systems to the switch connectivity
Perform trouble shooting and analysis on connectivity issues.
Perform daily management of routing and switching technology.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of reported problems with VPN
Connectivity, Wireless Administration, and Firewall administration.
Associate degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years in implementation / service desk experience of primarily LAN/WAN
3 years with experience using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and similar products.
3 years of experience with VLAN support in a Cisco environment (CCNA a

Excellent ability to troubleshoot and solve issues to meet required
