The Product Strategy Manager - Power-Ups will "own" solutions in iCIMS’ portfolio that are powered by third party partners. Includes research/evaluation of new power-ups, project managing power-up launches, marketing to internal and external audiences about the power-up and ongoing management of the relationship between the power-up provider and iCIMS’ parties. This allows iCIMS employees to have one go-to resource and enables better refinement and execution around our overall portfolio.
Candidates with experience within the Software as a Service, or Human Capital Management industry, are preferred.
Competitive Analysis – Know everything about our competitors across iCIMS’ targeted verticals and segments. Figure out our SWOT analysis for the product and help ensure that we are selling against strengths of the product line.
Key Product Line Documentation – Work with marketing to ensure that we have value presentations, video demos, website content and overall collateral to support the product and that such assets are appropriately positioned for different audiences.
Education – Work directly with Product Specialists to ensure they are fully equipped to handle all deep dive demos for the solution. Ensure sales team is comfortable speaking about the value prop for a given solution. Educate appropriate people in Customer Success groups for implementation and help desk questions. Align with Product Operations to get external Training programs in place.
Gap Analysis – Serve as a credible resource around iCIMS’ standing compared with competitive and complementary technologies. Ensure important product gaps are identified, analyzed and supported.
Win/Loss Analysis – Perform ongoing analysis around iCIMS’ sales wins and losses. Develop and implement communication programs (post-mortems, surveys, etc.) to determine why iCIMS does well and where the company needs to improve. Collect data around customer retention for financial analysis and exec presentations.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Prior Project Management Experience required
Demonstrated abilities in project management/leadership
Ability to look at the overall landscape and translate its pieces into actionable projects within a given solution environment
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability / willingness to relocate or commute to Matawan, NJ corporate office is ideal
