Conducts trend analysis on metrics to determine if hidden problems exist within IT services or components. Accurately presents data to support improvement in processes and procedures. Produces performance based metrics based on ITIL® recommended measurements. Collects, analyzes, and documents customer requirements. Researches sources for the statistical data or creates new sources for data collection. Generates and validates goals and objectives for mission. Generates quarterly reports detailing progress toward meeting goals and objectives.
