Supervises staff to ensure all duties and tasks are completed.
Assists with opening/closing duties of the Pools and Cabanas, and with maintaining the appearance of the Pools and Cabanas throughout the shift.
Interacts with other departments throughout the property as needed to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the pool area.
Create the daily rotation schedule for the lifeguard staff.
Implement and carryout in-service training for the lifeguard team.
Ensures Pool staff adhere to company and department policies.
Responds to emergencies and guest complaints.
Assists with ordering inventory and other essential office functions.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
At least 1 year experience in Pool Operations.
At least 2 years guest service experience.
At least 1 year experience in Food and Beverage.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Proficiency in Stratton Warren, Opera, Infogenesis, CRM, and FileNet.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
