As an Administrative Coordinator, you are a member of PNC's Realty Services organization of more than 360 professionals. PNC's Realty Services Operations group is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all PNC buildings within the company's footprint. PNC's property management staff uses industry-leading practices with a focus on sustainable practices and materials. You will be based in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana in PNC Center where you will work with the Indiana Realty Services team. Your responsibilities include responding to customer requests for building services, coordinating vendor activities, monitoring and processing invoices and generally supporting property managers with a combined portfolio of 80 buildings.

You will report to Indiana's Regional Operations Manager for Realty Services, working closely with an administrative team of four.

Your hours will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Within the day, there will be highly variable activities with a pace set by written and telephonic customer requests, vendor communications, invoice volumes and regular reporting deadlines. In your role, you will draw upon strong customer service, problem solving and verbal+written communications skills. A general knowledge of property management and purchasing/invoicing processes is important. All the while, you'll enjoy working with a team of property management professionals located in 22 regional offices across the PNC footprint.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :

Knowledge of general accounting principles and experience with invoice processing, lease payments and utility billing for multiple buildings or accounts.

Experience coordinating work order receipt, vendor scheduling and resolution follow-up for multiple buildings or accounts.

Strong organizational skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Lotus Notes experience preferred

Associates degree OR 3 years' related experience working in a property management office
