Job Summary: Assists with understanding the business processes and how the application supports the business processes and applies this knowledge to best solve problems; assists with understanding configuration dependencies and interrelationships; serves as an escalation point for system and troubleshooting issues in the HR/Payroll area. Collaborates with customers, staff, IT and other stakeholders to identify requirements, assess available technologies, and design solution options; provides assistance in setting configuration and apply configuration settings as required; leads the activities of the technical staff in resolution of gaps between business requirements and application software. Responsible for the planning and management of the building, testing, and deployment of solutions; provides solutions in related functions including configurations, reports, interfaces, forms, data migration, ABAP, payroll schema, ESS/MMM, workflow and integration and relationships across modules and applications and third parties; responsible for the development and maintenance of technical documentation for responsibility area.

Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related information technology field, with coursework in an information technology specialization related to the area of employment; more than five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in SAP ECC 6.0 using the Concurrent Employment component and involving configuration, development, testing, troubleshooting and deployment of HR Payroll related SAP modules, interfaces and business functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
