Title: Email Sales and Service Consultant

Reports to: Operations Manager - Service

The right candidate will have excellent comprehension, writing and keyboarding skills. He/she will have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the ability to assess and meet needs and build relationships. Other critical success factors for this role include a great attitude and flexibility.
Key Job Duties:
Use consultative sales approach to help customers in an inbound sales and service center explore product offerings and make purchase decisions.
Meet key performance metrics.
Project a professional company image through phone and email interactions.
Recognize, document and alert supervisors of trends in correspondence.
Uphold high customer service standards.
Requirements:
Able to independently manage and drive personal workload.
Passion for helping customers.
Desire to make Customer Service a career.
Strong desire to be part of a team achieving personal and company financial goals.
Able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively.
Familiar with the latest e-commerce trends.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
