Communicate with customers via telephone and e-mail. Answer questions, process orders, returns, and troubleshoot.
This position will work 11:00AM - 8:00PM. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve escalated customer issues
Answer customer inquiries via e-mail or telephone. Process customer orders.
Process payments, returns, exchanges and chargeback’s as needed.
Investigate fraudulent orders
Process Internal and Wholesale orders
Perform other administrative duties as needed, i.e. filing and photocopying.
Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service as outlined in the HW&L policy manual.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s Degree in Business or related field plus one year relative experience or; High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years relative experience or; equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs.
Ability to type 30 words per minute.
Ability to sit and process customer inquiries via computer for up to 100% of the work time.
Ability to communicate with customers via telephone for up to 100% of the work time.
