Fluency in English both verbal & written. Good communication skills. Ability to follow directions thoroughly, team player, works with minimal supervision. Previous hotel kitchen experience desirable. Set up, service, and breakdown maintenance, of buffet food bar. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest’s satisfaction. Able to work varied shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
