Provides the specialized handling required for Insurance Replacement Companies. This position provides the specialized handling required for our Customers that have customized billing and Order Management needs. Customers handled by this position require specialized customer service levels. The incumbent of this position must have a thorough understanding of the end to end process both from an order management and a credit perspective. The customer service function, the order entry, and the order management process are tailored to the customer’s individual needs, which will require a more in-depth understanding of the insurance replacement business, product knowledge, delivery processes and order entry processes in order to accomplish this goal.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
Accurate and timely entry and management of orders
Meet customer expectations as defined by the Performance Metrics and agreed upon customer requirements
Ensure that deliveries are completed based upon customer’s request
Communicate customer pricing (quotes) as needed
Resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries from customers
Assist with billing issues
Make decisions that are customer focused and drive the profitability of the business
Provide timely and accurate communication to the internal and external customer, relating to all aspects of the order management process and current invoices
Submitting the necessary adjustments, refunds, and corrections as it pertains to returns and exchanges
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Assist in identifying and recommending process improvements and opportunities to maximize
High school graduate or GED
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate with business units and business owners in a professional manner
Basic Computer literacy required
Ability to read and interpret documents such as product specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Prior Appliance Select experience is desired
Prior Customer Service experience essential
Research and problem solving skills
Extreme attention to detail at all levels of the processes is mandatory
