QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and two years' related work experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years; excellent organizational, creative thinking, problem solving, customer service, proof reading and written and oral communication skills; ability to cultivate professional relationships; ability to be flexible and work at after hour events; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite computer applications; Preferred - strong background in marketing and promotional materials layout and design; photography skills; experience working with interns; knowledge of current trends in events strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Development, design, coordination, and implementation of marketing projects and promotional materials for FSU Panama City; design and prepare high-quality, original layouts and designs including ads, posters, newsletters, brochures, programs, and other media incorporating graphics, text, and photographs for electronic media and/or publications; plan and coordinate all aspects of academic and non-academic meetings and events that fall under the jurisdiction of the Office of Advancement from conception to implementation; update and maintain event web page information and social media content.

SALARY RANGE: Department expects to hire in the low to mid $30K range, commensurate with education and experience. This is an Administrative & Professional position with benefits.
