Responsible for all telephone, radio, alarm and CCTV communications relative to patrol units, various university departments and campus community constituents. Responsibilities include: communications with outside police agencies and the general public; developing and maintaining sound customer service practices and meeting the needs of community members and managing an extensive array of communications technology in the center.
