A Senior Telecom Developer/Programmer is responsible for the design and development of modifications to our enterprise phone system and custom solutions developed to support specific business needs, works closely with business analysts and key business users, assessing business needs and determining/implementing information technology solutions. A Senior Telecom Developer/Programmer must have skills in converting specifications and procedures of moderate to high complexity into application and program solutions. Writes and communicates moderately to highly complex program specifications. Communicates well both verbally and in writing. The Senior Telecom Developer/Programmer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the enterprise phone system, Call Center functions phone related vendors and to a lesser extent distributed phone systems; ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently; promote the image of the organization in a professional and positive manner; provides supervision, guidance, coaching, recognition, motivation and training to department personnel; participate in marketing campaigns and product launches; quality control and customer service goals. Perform direct supervisory duties of department staff and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas as well as ensuring the daily running and management of the call center through the effective use of resources, development, implementation, enhancement, and support of call center systems, technologies, and strategies.

Perform analysis, conceptual design, development (coding) and implementation of modifications to purchased applications or custom programs to enhance value to business Provide continued Level 3 and expert support of the development after implementation Apply business and systems knowledge throughout the process Be responsible for providing custom software development and configuration for our telephony, CTI, IVR, VoIP, and Web collaboration applic The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Strong Interactive Intelligence Inc. (I3) support and development experience Strong analytical skills to translate data to strategy Strong call center experience .NET and ICELIB development experience Interactive Intelligence Call Processing System Redundant IC Servers Media and Proxy Servers Audio Codes Dialer and Campaign Servers Interaction Monitor Server E-SIP/SIP Circuits Excellent organization and time management skills High level of conceptual thinking and presentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skill to work and communicate pro-actively with business owners, and clients Additional Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree from a four year College or University in Business Administration or Computer Science is required; a Graduate Degree in Business or Technology is desired Three (3) or more years of experience in development and/or technical administration of call center voice solutions Three (3) or more years of experience with Telephony technology such as Interactive Intelligence (I3), Avaya, or Cisco Handler experience; reporting, and familiarity with the I3 Product Suite is a plus Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing telephony solutions Strong Visio and Excel skills are desired Basic knowledge of CTI, IVR, call recording, and workforce management technologies Experience with Telephony in conjunction with CRM technologies is desired
