Construction Project Manager
Job Description: Responsible for delivering construction projects using multiple project delivery and execution strategies. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects. Responsibilities may include development of the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval resources budgets, quality and change controls. Interacts with project team members and other key stakeholders. Assures accuracy of financial forecasts with tie-in to project schedules and completion of projects per plans.
Recently graduated (within 18 months) w/ a Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Construction Management or an Engineering Degree.
You must be willing and able to relocate for temporary assignments.
Must have a permanent right to work.
