Nano Device Scientist and Engineer

Aneeve Nanotechnologies is seeking a full-time Principal Scientist / Engineer that will serve as a key member of the technical team and be responsible for driving our carbon nanotube RF device thrust. We are innovating next-generation CNT RF devices for various telecommunication applications. The successful candidate will be a hands-on scientist / engineer. The successful candidate will require to undertake device/process design, cleanroom fabrication, and device electronic/material characterization.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating collaborations with Aneeve, UCLA, USC, Stanford, industry collaborators and the US Air Force. * Candidates must have a PhD in Engineering or Science with direct and ample experience working with solid state nanodevices, nanoelectronics and semiconductor technology. * To conform to U.S. Government ITAR regulations, Aneeve Nanotechnologies hires only U.S.

citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents. * Excellent communication and listening skills is a must. * The ability to function effectively in a team environment is a must.
