Aggressively promote, sell and refer TCF products and TCF services to customers.
Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products. Open new accounts while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies.
Accurately process, closely verify, and promptly key all transactions in a manner that ensures TCF’s high standards and high level of customer service.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or currently enrolled in High School
6-9 months of continuous work experience preferred
Retail sales, cash handling, and customer contact experience preferred
Must possess ability to communicate effectively
Must be available and able to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to confidently approach prospective TCF customers
Strong interest in sales
The ability/interest to perform necessary calculations
Open availability; strong sales
