. The ideal candidate will come from a managed care, insurance or hospital background and be a proactive thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Job Functions: • Facilitate and attend meetings (kickoff, project status, stakeholders, business integration, training, ad hoc meetings to support documentation requirements, etc.) • Create documentation (PRD, Review Systems Design Document, Test cases, product audits, reporting, leadership status updates, etc.) • Handle all aspects and phases of testing including creation and execution of test plans. • Familiar with HPQC/ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) software, SQL, XML, and Pharmacy benefits management a plus. Job Requirements: • Understanding of health care terminology and claims (medical and pharmacy) data. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently. • Demonstrate creative problem solving and critical thinking skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and work product validation. • Ability to set and achieve deadlines and objectives. The postion is on-site at client and the candidate must be local to the Baltimore, MD area.
