With limited supervision from the Vice President of the Facilities Division, employee is responsible for management and oversight of multiple client contracts throughout Alaska.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
Previous remote camp management experience including catering and housekeeping services
Strong computer skills utilizing MS Office
Minimum five years of relevant experience within the contracting or management of remote-site services
Minimum five years of relevant experience in a senior management operational role with a proven track record of financial success
Master’s degree in Business Management or related field
Establish goals and objectives with clients and DUS Managers
Provide day-to-day support to jobsite managers, employees and clients
Conduct and attend performance reviews
Ensure client service standards are achieved and DUS operating procedures are being followed
Ensure DUS and client safety programs are in place and accomplishing desired results
Manage budget for all food purchases and employee staffing requirements
Maintain required personnel or other camp related files
Make regular visits to DUS jobsites meeting with client and DUS employees
Ensure DUS jobsites have adequate resources to meet client and DUS expectations
Responsible for achieving food, supply and labor cost targets
Promote DUS mission and values and foster teamwork among DUS work groups
Support the Vice President in marketing DUS services and developing proposals

The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities. Some travel to remote sites is required.
