IRIS/CM End User Support - works with end users to resolve issues with transactions and data in the production system. Diagnose problems based on strong knowledge of the integration points within the system. Review and distribute communications to the University community regarding changes to to processes, transactions, and reports.
IRIS System Support - Work with the IRIS CM team to analyze and diagnose issues that arise within the system. Provide basic configuration of all CM modules to provide redundancy of knowledge on the team. Troubleshoot issues in production and replicate the problem in a test environment. Work with the team to test and implement support packs and upgrades. Document issues and issue resolution.
IRIS CM Configuration - Configure, test and transport through the IRIS landscape changes to current processes and implementation of new functionality. As new functionality is delivered, this position will be part of the team responsible for analyzing the benefits of implementing it at the University.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Strong communication skills, listening, writing, public speaking. Knowledge of SAP CM and/or Student process; problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.
