JOB DESCRIPTION: In this supervisory role, you will design, develop, and implement strategic goals, policies, procedures, and systems for all digital media in the market. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Branch President to ensure all deployment goals and budgets are met or exceeded and work directly with Account Executives (AEs) to set digital revenue targets, price our digital products, and drive new business development. JOB DUTIES:
As a Digital Media Manager for Clear Channel Outdoor, based in Minneapolis, you will manage all the day to day sales and operational responsibilities pertaining to the digital network and its customers in the branch.

As a Digital Media Manager your primary mission will be to oversee and ensure consistently exceptional departmental performance. The Digital Media Manager (DMM) assists in setting digital budgets for branch as well as ensures achievement of digital billboard deployment goals. They set Account Executive digital revenue targets, as well as holds Account Executives accountable along with VP of Sales. The Digital Media Manager leads task forces from multiple internal departments, as well as outside vendors/professionals, to achieve sales goals. They set and confirm digital pricing strategy, and approve digital deals and packages, establishing and strategizing options that are designed to deliver revenue growth for the branch. The Digital Media Manager is responsible for identifying and proactively developing new business opportunities (lead generation) and proposal creation. They attend sales calls with Account Executives, and close deals. They assist in review and approval of yearly digital product service agreements. The Digital Media Manager identifies customer needs and understands how to align our offerings to showcase the digital product’s unique value. They will become a strategic solutions partner to fulfill those needs. They provide ongoing digital training to Account Executives and clients on new digital concepts and ways to use dynamic content and other innovative media features. They will undertake forward-thinking projects in other areas of digital media with Market President. The Digital Media Manager maintains creative standards to protect quality of ads on display. They establish best practices for collection/sharing digital successes and collaborate with Digital Product Manager and other markets to share best practices. They work with public affairs department to help with digital regulatory and permitting issues, as well as with real estate division, corporate operations and the construction management company to inform digital deployment decisions.
