TotalSource Implementation Specialist:
Responsible for the successful Client on-boarding and payroll processing experience to include; client implementation of the various components of an ADP Resource client through the effective execution of the methodology using solid functional and technical knowledge and skills. Performs assessment of ADP Resource client payroll needs as it relates to My ADP Resource and Autopay capabilities on ADP systems (AutoPay /Enterprise /MR2000 /Datatpool). Perform employee data conversion services for new accounts through direct contact with client and assigned Project Manager using web-based, PC, and mainframe utilities. Implements ancillary specialty products using skilled knowledge and methodologies.
Assists with converting clients' employee indicative and quantitative data using established Resource conversion methods and working within established SLA’s. Establishes client's secure setup within Netsecure; includes ability to troubleshoot process as necessary and solve. Independently manages to the completion of tasks while keeping the Project Manager informed of progress.
Problem solving with project managers and clients in area of new client set ups. Provides support and makes recommendations as well as implement solutions by utilizing extensive knowledge of ADP Resource business rules and ADP systems. Responsible for the continued building of a successful business relationship/partnership with clients and Project Managers. Perform review of client’s master control with client 1:1 prior to first input. Assist client through system log in and help guide client through the ADP Resource web. Walk client through entering, submitting and reviewing their first and second payroll 1:1.
Provides implementation services as defined in ADP Resource Implementation Methodology using standardized processes, and tools to implement new clients utilizing ADP Resource tools and standards to consistently produce error free results in a timely manner. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of ADP Resource products and services in order to effectively translate the client’s payroll to ADP Resource system and consult client accordingly. Reviews client’s current payroll set up and then conducts in-depth analysis and consultation with client to better understand their set up and ensure they are compliant based on basic FLSA guidelines. (ie - if a client has all employees coded as salary/exempt, review the job titles and dig deeper with the client to understand better the nature of their work to ensure that the coding is correct) Identify if the client has any special calculations configured into their payroll and apply basic fundamental payroll & FLSA guidelines such as OT calculations or tip credits. Identify any areas in which the client’s payroll set up may be questionable and use independent judgment to make recommendations to the client in accordance with payroll and FLSA guidelines (ie - apartment complex adding in rent dollars as part of their employees pay to keep them above minimum wage). Strongly guide clients to adhere to the FLSA and payroll guidelines and escalate to Project Manager or HR Business Partner if area of concern is egregious and client is not willing to comply.
Implements ancillary specialty products including, but not limited to: TLM, ADP GLI, Performance Mgt, 401k, FSA, Benefit Accruals, Cobra and Custom Reporting & Interfaces
Performs audits on regular basis to ensure setups are being processed timely and accurately and adherence to procedures. Updates Project Manager regarding potential service issues for proactive treatment.

Experience, Skills, Academic:
Qualifications: · Customer Service experience · Technical Training or equivalent in related technologies and/or systems implementations. · Possess a strong knowledge of industry equivalent products, services and tools. · Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize work. · Thorough knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel · Must have the ability to effectively communicate to internal staff and work under the pressure of time constraints.
  • Proven proficiency in the feature and functionally of Autopay and Enterprise as well as providing support to Implementation Consultants and Project Managers.
