The Buddy Media engineering team represents the brain behind the Buddy Media Platform. Every engineer on the team plays a key part in defining, building, and maintaining the leading Facebook management system
We are looking for talented engineers with solid software engineering background who thrive in the fast-paced collaborative environment, fast learners of new technologies who are passionate about web development, and can deliver within deadlines.
Necessary Skills:
Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work
Expert knowledge of the full LAMP stack
Solid understanding of OOP and experience with PHP5
Source Code Version Control (Git, SVN)
Working knowledge of MVC design pattern
Working knowledge of PHP5 web frameworks including Kohana, Cake, Zend
Working knowledge of RDBMS
3+ years professional development experience
Great attention to detail to creating and implementing elegant solutions while adhering to code standards, s defined by technical management
Must have a Computer Science degree
Bonus Skills:
Working knowledge of FBML, FBJS, and the Facebook development platform
Plug-in development for any extensible web application such as WordPress, Drupal, or MovableType
