Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and, if necessary, reschedules client appointments for Liberty At Home staff.
  • Manages staff schedules ensuring all clients’ request are scheduled
  • Greets and registers clients by telephone in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner. Cheerfully answers prospective clients and/or caregivers questions
  • Verbally obtains demographic information via telephone from clients or client representative
  • Maintains information on staff schedules and clients requests and reports changes to supervisor in a timely way.
  • Develops reports as requested by supervisor
  • Enter and maintain REPS data.
  • Maintains highest level of confidentiality in regard to client information. Follows all required regulatory and legal compliance issues related to confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency
  • Two years of experience working in an office environment
  • Experience in a consumer-oriented operation is desirable
