RESPONSIBILITIES:. Manages and actively participates in all efforts necessary to identify and secure lease contracts with prospective residents for an apartment complex.. Shows vacant space to prospective tenants and responds to questions.Promotes features, advantages and benefits of space.. Responsible for various marketing initiatives, including coordinating details associated with various marketing projects . . Develops annual marketing plans.. Negotiates legal terms and processes transaction of lease renewal terms and amendments for the properties.. Coordinates the preparation of lease agreements.. Prepares weekly/monthly reports of sales activities showings and leases secured.
. The ideal candidate has related experience in marketing, leasing and sales, and has developed a network and understanding of the Baltimore residential real estate market.. Outstanding sales skills and the ability to turn phone calls into property showings and property showings into signed leases are essential.. Strong negotiating, closing and interpersonal skills are required along with excellent written communication skills .
