Job Description Works with internal and external partners to deeply understand customer needs. Leverages market understanding to fashion functional business strategy, management processes, communication protocols, and services / tools that exceed market expectation. Directs analytical activities to demonstrate improvements in employer population health, productivity, and overall cost, extant trends and patterns of the domestic healthcare delivery system (including health care provider performance and clinical condition presentation and progression. Responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and/or delivery of health care information to internal or external stakeholders. Defines new report content and functionality to ensure continued improvement of overall analytical platform. May be applied to individual contributors providing enterprise-wide leadership for specialized analytic functions such as lead statistician, health economist, information asset stewardship, etc.Typically required Masters or Doctoral degree in Mathematics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology or Business or equivalent mastery and training. Minimum 8 years experience in related health care analytics; or any combination of education and experience with three to five years of management experience.. Requirements

  • Experience supporting BI initiatives for non-healthcare industries
  • Demonstrated experience working with technical and business personnel to create diverse business analytics applications
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage several large scale projects
  • Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and Sprint development methodologies
  • Deep working knowledge of current data management tools & protocols
  • Demonstrated experience working independently with limited direction / guidance (i.e. start-up environment).
