Purpose of Role 61623 Act as local data and production support for London-suburb based analyst team 61623 Lead report setup and creation of the data-driven client products 61623 Point of contact for the external service provider Key Responsibilities 61623 Support in setting up Excel and Access Analysis files that are efficient and consistent with other verticals either based on GfK proprietary data or on External Data sets (e.g. company financial reports etc.). 61623 Independently setup and create client reports for data-only products. 61623 Ensure timely delivery of analytical files to the Team.
61623 Initiate new data tasks required for local analysts. 61623 Support local analyst team in preparation of the Client Releases. 61623 Responsible for contact with Vendor and ensure the timely delivery to us 61623 Developing robust QC steps for all data files handled 61623 Leverage VBA programming in Excel and MS Access to automate existing and new processes 61623 Dashboard and Client Deliverables design Previous Experience 61623 Database Administration – Hands-on experience on SQL Server Database software including SSRS especially in a web server environment (managing Database for global teams) 61623 Project Management – experience of working in global teams managing projects 61623 Outsourcing Vendor – experience of working with Vendor in a different time-zonecountry Technical Skills 61623 MS Excel – Advanced Level of Programming experience including Pivot, Functions, Dashboard Design. 61623 SQL Server – Advanced level of Query writing skills using SQL and Intermediate level of knowledge of SSRS.
61623 VBA (Macro) – Advanced level of Programming experience. 61623 Experience of large Data Handling for global teams on a web server. Other 61623 Related degree, i.e. Computer ScienceIT 61623 Fluent in English + any other European or Asian language 61623 An interest in or knowledge of Consumer Technology Products would be desirable Other responsibilities may be allocated by the line manager to ensure the effectiveness of the group.
