HR Manager, Benefits, Compensation and Risk Management Full scale Benefits Administration and Compensation Risk management to ensure highest and most efficient work strategies. Maintain , manages and supports all HRIS related activity Implement various HR programs and procedures Responsible for managing upgrades, implementation, troubleshooting and training staff in relation to the HRIS system Manages open enrollment process from vendor relations through renewal Oversees Cobra Compliance, disposition of retirement account and other benefits. Conduct benefits and salary surveys Prepare and present monthly benefits new hire orientation Manages relationships with Third Party systems contracts to facilitate benefits data and processing ( HRIS, automated benefits database and COBRA systems) Update the OL portal and HRIS benefits platforms, OSHA section to reflect latest policies, procedures and forms Audits and updates system information with regards to benefits data, vaccination data, dependents, premiums/rates etc. to ensure accuracy, consistency and data integrity within the HRIS system Works with the HR staff to establish CQI initiative and metrics and participates actively on the Quality Improvement leaders committee with the VP of HR
Job QualificationsBachelor's degree required, desired fields: Human Resources, Business or other allied field strongly preferredExperience:Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR required in a same or similar capacity. Experience working with an HR information database system essential.
