Job Descriptions:
The Continuing Education Administrator will provide day-to-day support to members of the CE Professional team. Some tasks will be deadline driven while others will require immediate problem solving attention. This position works closely with the Manager of CE Services, the CE Evaluator/Auditors, the CE Coordinator, the CE Call Center and Processing staff. In addition this position will also work closely with our programming staff to produce required monthly reports, invoices, monthly revenue information, mailings to our CE clients, month-end reports as required by each individual state contract and revenue reconciliation. Communications may need to be with program management, licensees, CE providers, regulators and other Prometric areas. This position maintains and communicates schedules and project target dates for CE Services. Certain duties may be assigned regarding service to CE clients not requiring insurance technical knowledge.

Essential Functions:
Use various CE systems to input approved credit hours for the CE Evaluator/Auditors.

Use various CE systems to produce required monthly and quarterly reports to state regulatory clients.

Input audit reports received from our independent contractor.

Request and send invoices to regulator clients, Sircon and other clients as required by contracts. Follow with Accounting as needed to assure payment.

Serve as a back-up for the CE Coordinator.

Research, analyze and take appropriate action on unusual or irregular situations that my arise in CE transactions. Communicate with account managers, team leads and regulators as appropriate.

Assist with month-end duties and financials.

Serve as liaison with CE Call Center and Processing area on workflow and procedural issues.

Provide strong verbal and written communications to program management, licensee, CE providers and other Prometric areas

Required Experience:
High school or equivalent is required

5+ years quality assurance experience

Prior administrative support, coordination aond problem solving experience highly preferred.

Database experience required; experience in insurance licensing and CE preferred.

Previous experience in quality assurance and in a compliance role highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with good judgment and reliability.

High proficiency in all Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

Ability to effectively meet deadlines.

Foster effective working relationships with cross-functional team members.

Must have excellent attention to detail.
