The Manager, Physician Business Resources serves as a key SMH contact point for community physicians and physician offices.
Primary responsibilities include the establishment and ongoing management of relationships with physicians and their office staff as well as point person in the coordination of the implementation, training, and support of all SMH systems and processes deployed to physicians and their offices.
The Manager, Physician Business Resources serves as a core member of the clinical applications team and works with the executive leadership to ensure that physicians are supported in their interactions with SMH facilities and patients.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business field with a minimum of two years experience in a healthcare role required OR;
Associate’s degree in healthcare or business field with a minimum of five years experience in healthcare role may substitute for Bachelor’s.
Other related experience may be considered in lieu of the stated requirements.
Experience is defined as proven ability in effectively handling and understanding operations and customer services within a healthcare setting.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
