Sr Financial Analyst
Location of Position
Work with Regional operational teams to achieve short and long term goals around business growth, capacity, innovation, and compliance. Partner regionally with finance, operational, and information technology team members to drive innovation initiatives around business intelligence focused on Technical Services and supply chain priorities across all the Drive regional process standardization, automation, and improved decision support. Support the day-to-day operations and provide monthly consolidated results for LAC Regional SC Chain cost and Technical Service. Coordinate the Planning and Forecasting processes for SC and TS (in line with Global and Regional processes). Support and evaluate financial figures on operational projects within SC and TS areas Work closely with Global franchises and countries on the coordination of FCA
Experience in directly working with senior management as a business partner driving results and contributing to the success of the business. Strong negotiation, influencing skills, interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and ability to work independently and proactively on projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and lead change. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, Cognos power play. Fluent in Spanish and English

-Strong technical and financial knowledge, including understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles as well as understanding of relevant business environment.
-Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally.
-Working knowledge of PC applications (ie. Excel/Access).
-Strong analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis and reporting.
-Ability to manage tasks concurrently

Key Finance Competencies:
-Financial Analysis and Decision Support -Business Performance Management -Accounting and Reporting Integrity
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (or country equivalent). Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications and typically 4 + years of relevant experience with financial planning and reporting.
