Interline Brands, Inc ., a leading distributor and direct marketer of MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) products, seeks an exceptional Regional Sales Manager for its AmSan Brand.

This position can be based in Cleveland/Ohio/Pennsylvania and covers those markets. The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Director of AmSan Sales.

Responsibilities:
Will coach and lead field sales representatives in the Cleveland/Ohio/Pittsburgh/Philadelphia area.
Will prospect for new business from local Management Companies.
Will maintain current Management Company relationships and interface with local department managers.
Will increase sales and service within assigned region.
Will prepare and assess regional sales forecasts.
Will establish and maintain proper sales coverage for the region.

Qualifications:
4 years' sales management experience in industrial distribution – plumbing, HVAC, electrical preferred - with proven results.
Proven track record leading a sales force, developing new markets and developing regional contacts.
Strong managerial and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, analytical and customer service skills
Ability to travel extensively.
Ability to hire, train, coach and manage sales team.
Proficient skills using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Clear pattern of successes critical.
Bachelor's degree in related field.
