A Business Development Coordinator with Hilton Hotels will fully support the Sales and Marketing team with administration, customer service and branding initiatives.

What will I be doing?

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assist the corporate team with existing accounts to generate business

Produce client quotations, production reports and contracts

Prepare powerpoint presentations for Sales and Marketing team

Assist with creating promotional material

Drive and monitor social media

Coordinate Sales and Marketing entertaining and events and attend when required

Understand the hotel amenities, packages and promotions

General support of sales and marketing and with other administrative duties

A Business Development Coordinator serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets

Excellent organisational and administration skills with attention to detail
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Previous experience in a administrative role

Proactive approach to Social Media

Relevant degree, in a sales or business discipline, from an academic institution
